Hi there!

I just completed my role as Lead User Experience Design Mentor at Academy Xi Melbourne where I mentored students in 11 UX and Service Design client projects.

Prior to this, I worked on 3 client projects and 1 concept project as a full-time UX Design student. These projects' scope ranged from research to creating personas and journey maps, to usability testing, prototyping, and conducting the entire UX process through to UI Design.

In addition to this, I spent 6 years in Recruitment where I honed skills in sourcing and interviewing, understanding people and their motivations, and managing stakeholder expectations. Another 6 years in Business Development and Management taught me how to sell solutions to stakeholders, and understand the connection between ideas and business goals.

Wherever my journey took me, the same motto underpinned my work - pay attention, be curious, and be exceptional.
